My name is Tony Grizzle. I have been taking pictures for a little over 26 years. I have always enjoyed working with art of any kind, including painting and drawing. I feel that photography is the best way for me to express what I see in my mind.

What I enjoy doing the most is not only capturing an object, but making it possible for you to feel as if you are actually there. When you are able to imagine the sound of the stream, or the smell of a flower, feel the heat from summer. That is exactly what I try to do here.

I am extremely pleased when someone studies one of my photographs for a moment and say "Oh my gosh. How did you get this shot"? My favorite type of photograph is the candid shot! The ability to capture something  that could possibly never happen again is such a thrill. I really love taking pictures.

I live in Central Texas, and have had a very difficult time going through 26 years of pictures, trying to determine which of them would be on the web site. Because it is so beautiful here, I have taken a lot of photos in this area. It will take me a while, but I will try to get them on the web site.

I shoot both 35mm and digital.  I do a lot of photo editing and restoration/repair. I am able to scan both slides and negatives

at a very high resolution. What this does is (based on the quality

of the scan) gives us the ability to get larger reprints.
